What is the best eyeliner for waterline?
I've already tried Urban Decay 24/7 It goes on great but never stays I wanna go cheap so at highest $15 but really under $10. So pretty much looking for a good eyeliner from a drugstore. I know MAC is great but I ain't gonna bother spending that much. So far I've heard good reviews about Revlon ColorStay, Milani liquif'eye, Maybelline unstoppable, and NYC waterproof. So if anyone has tried one of these tell me your opinion. Thanks
